Junior Quantity Surveyor / Estimator - MUST HAVE PREVIOUS QS EXPERIENCE IN THE UK

Integra Space is seeking a Junior Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to join a growing builders work contractor based in Central London.

The successful candidate will assist in estimating costs, managing project budgets, and ensuring the financial success of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist with cost estimates for construction projects, including labour, materials, sub-contractors, and other expenses.
  2. Support senior management in preparing and managing project budgets and maintaining cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
  3. Liaise with the team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of cost estimates and financial reports.
  4. Assist with contract administration and document management.
  5. Prepare and review valuations, variations, and final accounts.
Qualifications:
  • A degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or studying towards one.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Experience with builders work, groundworks, or structural alterations in the UK.
  • Ability to travel to sites and the office as required.
