Job Description:

Integra Space is looking for a Junior Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to join a growing builders work contractor, based in Central London.

The successful candidate will assist in estimating costs, managing project budget and ensuring the financial success of the projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with cost estimates for construction projects, including labour, materials, sub-contractors and other expenses.
  • Support the Senior Management in preparing and managing project budgets and ensuring cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Liaise with the team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of cost estimates and financial reports.
  • Assist with contract administration and document management.
  • Prepare and review valuations, variations, and final accounts

Qualifications:

  • Education: A degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or studying towards one.

The successful candidate MUST HAVE:

  • Experience with builders work, groundworks or structural alterations in the UK. MUST HAVE
  • Ability to travel to sites and the office as required.
