Junior Quantity Surveyor – Construction & Civils
Location: Northampton
Salary: circa £35,000

The Role:


- Monitor and manage project costs to ensure profitability
- Support procurement and material sourcing
- Prepare, review, and manage tender and contract documents
- Maintain site records and track project progress
- Liaise with site teams and support paperwork submission
- Assist with subcontractor quotes, variations, and payments
- Work closely with our Senior QS and site teams

About You:


- Junior or Assistant Quantity Surveyor in construction or civil engineering
- Qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or similar (or studying towards one)
- Practical, proactive mindset and team player attitude
- Strong organisational and communication skills
