Junior Quantity Surveyor (Construction)

Ipswich - England

£45,000 - £55,000 + Training + Progression + Overtime + Company Bonus + Monday - Friday

Are you a Quantity Surveyor or similar from the Construction background looking for a new opportunity in a company that prides itself on a great working environment, staff support systems and progressional opportunities offering company bonuses to increase your earning potential?

In this role will see you work within a tight-knit team, on various projects. where you will create estimates, support contractors, drive to and from local projects, interacting with clientele and talking to suppliers. You will also undertake occasional travel to sites around London.

This role would suit a Junior Quantity Surveyor that is ready to take on a new challenge in commercial and residential construction offering the opportunity to build your career and increase your earnings through company bonuses.

THE ROLE:

• Working with a range of commercial projects




• Working closely with suppliers and customers and estimating supplies/materials and interacting with suppliers/ clientele




• Monday to Friday (09:00 - 17:00pm)




• Driving to and from local projects

THE PERSON:

• Junior Quantity Surveyor




• Construction/ Civil Engineer background/ experience




• Full Driving License




• Based near Ipswich
