WE ARE LOOKING FOR A JUNIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR FOR A CLIENT BASED IN THE SEVENOAKS AREA

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL IDEALLY HAVE EXPERIENCE AS AN ASSISTANT QUANTITY SURVEYOR AND LOOKING TO PROGRESS

MY CLIENT DEALS WITH MAINLY NEW BUILD RESIDENTIAL PROJECTS, AVERAGE BUILD VALUE APPROXIMATELY 2-3M

DUTIES WILL INVOLVE ESTIMATION, HELPING TO BUILD TENDER DOCUMENTS, PROCUREMENT ETC

YOU WILL REQUIRE:

• OWN TRANSPORT
• PREVIOUS RESIDENTIAL NEW BUILD EXPERIENCE
• RELEVANT QUALIFICATIONS

THIS IS A TEMP TO PERM POSITION WITH INITIAL 13 WEEK PERIOD, IMMEDIATE START AVAILABLE
