Role Description
This is a role for a Junior Quantity Surveyor, located on-site in Pulborough. The Junior Quantity Surveyor will assist with day-to-day tasks including cost control, preparation of Bills of Quantities, cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting for various projects.
Qualifications
- Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning skills
- Assisting in preparation and management of Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
- Assisting in Cost Reporting
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work on-site in Pulborough
- Experience in residential construction projects
- Relevant qualification / experience in Quantity Surveying
- Experience placing sub contract packages and buying materials
