A rare opportunity for a construction professional with some Quantity Surveying or costing experience to join a luxury residential housebuilder where you will shadow an experienced Commercial Manager receiving full training and support to become a Quantity Surveyor.

Responsibilities

• In this role you will be fully supported by the Commercial Manager; you will be responsible for takes offs, measurements, applications for payment and other commercial duties.
• You will regularly visit live construction sites and liaise with construction professionals.
• You will be fully trained and gain full support and eventually run your own sites.
