Extension Architecture is an award-winning architectural practice based in London. We specialise in extensions and large scale residential building designs and commercial projects. We are seeking a motivated Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our team, support build costing, quantity estimations and learning the contract administration and checking progress of works.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate cost estimations for internal building projects.
  • Learn and assist in contract administration processes.
  • Support the Director with project management and coordination.
  • Assist with budgeting, Schedules for procurement, and cost control.
  • Work closely with Internal Architect and project teams to ensure efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related discipline.
  • 0–2 years of professional experience.
  • Company car will be provided.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and organisational abilities.
  • Willingness to learn and develop.
  • Must live within 20 miles of our London office.
