The Cadillac F1 Team is seeking a passionate Junior Quality Control Inspector for a night shift role at their Silverstone facility. This developmental position is ideal for those interested in building competencies in quality inspection and metrology. Please Note: This is a Night Shift position working 4 days x 10 hours rotated between Monday – Thursday and Tuesday – Friday from 6pm – 4:30am.

We are looking for a highly motivated Junior Quality Control Inspector to join our quality team at our Silverstone facility. This is a development-focused role ideal for an individual who has recently completed a Quality or Manufacturing Apprenticeship. Though this is desirable, it is not essential.
This role is the first step in a structured, multi-year development plan designed to build your capabilities in all aspects of quality inspection, metrology, and non-destructive testing (NDT). As a Junior QC Inspector, you'll gain hands-on experience with industry-leading tools and processes, with progression opportunities aligned to NPL training and PCN qualifications.
