Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Junior Quality Assurance Engineer to join a precision engineering team in Weymouth, Dorset. You will support compliance, control quality, and assist with continuous improvement across production.

You will work with machining processes, read technical drawings, and help manage customer documentation, audits, and training to develop toward senior roles in British manufacturing.

Junior Quality Assurance Engineer (Precision Engineering)

£37,500 - £40,000 + Pension + Days Based + 33 Days Annual Leave
