Junior Quality and Applications Support Technician / Whitstable / £25,000 - £28,000

Overview:

One of the leaders in the safety industry is currently seeking a Junior Quality and Applications Support Technician to join their team. The role involves working closely with customers and internal teams to provide 1st line support on products and quality.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Be the first point of contact for internal teams
• Maintain CAD drawings
• Perform quality assurance and review products
• Provide design support to internal and external stakeholders on products and designs
• Liaise with clients regarding specific requirements
• Hold higher education in engineering or a similar field
• Experience in designing or modifying products
• Experience using SolidWorks or other CAD software
• Confidence to communicate with clients
• Team player attitude
