Junior QA/QC Engineer
Location: Stonehouse
Salary: 25,000 - 30,000

I'm currently recruiting for a fantastic opportunity for a Junior QA/QC Engineer to join a well-established engineering company based in Stonehouse. This is a brilliant role for someone with a solid grounding in quality assurance, who is eager to grow and develop their career in a supportive, hands-on environment.

This position is ideal for an ambitious individual who wants to become a skilled and well-rounded engineer. You'll receive ongoing training, mentorship, and support to work your way up and gain valuable industry experience.



Key Requirements (Must-Haves):

  • Strong understanding of Quality Assurance (QA) principles

  • Knowledge of Six Sigma methodology (Green Belt or Black Belt knowledge required)

  • A proactive attitude and genuine desire to learn and progress



Role Overview:

  • Support the QA/QC process across the production cycle

  • Assist with quality inspections, audits, and documentation

  • Contribute to process improvement and root cause analysis

  • Work closely with senior engineers and quality teams to build your technical skills
