Qualifications

• Mechanical engineering background is required.
• Experience with mechanical equipment; pump experience is not essential.
• Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK.
• Willingness to learn and develop within a specialist industry.
• Able to commute to Broxbourne, Hertfordshire.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintenance and repair of pumps and related equipment.
• Mechanical fault finding and breakdown work.
• Stripping, rebuilding and repairing mechanical equipment.
• Workshop and field-based engineering work.
• Travel to customer sites for service and repair.
• On-the-job training to become a pump specialist.
• Overtime opportunities to increase earnings.
