Our Property Services team is now searching for a full-time Junior Property Manager to work with us across multiple client portfolios. Your experience will enable you to support our Head of Department and Senior Asset Managers in providing strategic and operational management of a portfolio of residential and commercial properties located across Melbourne. You will assist with executing day-to-day property management services including, but not limited to, administrative tasks, leasing, condition reports, and property inspections.

To deliver the services required for this role, we are seeking someone who :

• Holds an agent’s representative certificate or certificate IV in property services
• Has at least 12 months experience in a similar role or is someone looking to take the next step in their career
• Is keen to learn, have fun, and be a proactive team member
• Brings experience working within tight operational deadlines
• Can ensure processes put in place are followed and proactively looks to continually improve operating efficiency and effectiveness
• Preferably has experience in using Cirrus8
