Salary - £30,000

Working Hours - Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm

The chosen candidate will be entrusted with a portfolio of high-calibre properties, ensuring the seamless operation and management of each. The role demands a proactive approach to tenant relations, maintenance coordination, and financial management, all while upholding the highest standards of service.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a point of contact for tenants regarding maintenance issues, tenancy queries, and general support
  • Liaise with landlords to communicate tenant requests, property issues, and updates
  • Coordinate and follow up on maintenance and repair works with contractors
  • Carry out routine property inspections and report findings to landlords
  • Manage tenancy move-ins and move-outs, including inventories and deposit processing
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations (gas safety, electrical checks, etc.)
  • Maintain accurate records and update property management systems
  • Support the wider property management team with general administrative duties
  • Handle correspondence and documentation between tenants and landlords professionally

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with property management systems a plus
  • A proactive, hands-on attitude and a willingness to learn
  • Previous experience in a property, customer service, or administrative role is desirable but not essential
