About The Opportunity

As a Junior Property Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the property management team and ensuring the smooth operation of our rental properties. Some of your responsibilities will include :

  • Coordinating property maintenance and repairs
  • Supporting the team with administrative tasks as needed
  • Conducting property inspections and preparing reports
  • Processing rental applications and conducting background checks
  • Assisting in the management of rental properties and tenant relations
  • Maintaining accurate records of tenant interactions and property management activities

About You

The successful candidate will have :

  • Organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in Real Estate (advantageous)
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new technology and processes
  • Must be available to work Saturdays (TIL during week)
