Due to on-going development, an estate agency in Exmouth is looking to recruit a bright, enthusiastic and well-spoken individual to work in a trainee role as a Junior Property Manager.

The role:

As a Junior Property Manager, you will be assisting senior property managers in overseeing the daily operations of properties.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist in managing properties: Help senior property managers with the overall management of properties.
• Property maintenance: Ensure properties are well-maintained and meet safety standards.
• Financial activities: Assist with preparing and managing budgets for properties, rent collection, and financial reporting.
• Coordination: Work with contractors and vendors to ensure timely completion of maintenance and repair tasks.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date property records and documentation.

Skills and requirements:

The successful candidate will ideally have:

• A minimum of one year’s experience within property management or the lettings industry and will be looking for a lasting career with real prospects within the property industry.
• A willingness to work flexible hours and be on call for emergencies.

Salary and benefits:

The company is offering a good basic salary package of £20,000 to £24,689 depending on experience, and training.
