Property Lawyer (Junior Level) - Greater Manchester

This is an exciting opportunity for a Junior Property Lawyer to undertake a varied commercial property role within a popular Greater Manchester local authority.

This assignment will be an initial 4-month contract, with the possibility of extension on a rolling basis. It is a full-time role, paid at a competitive rate dependent on experience. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified property lawyer.

The successful Property Lawyer will become a valuable asset to a friendly team primarily focused on Commercial Property matters. Responsibilities include:

  • Landlord and Tenant matters
  • Acquisitions
  • Academy leases

The ideal candidate will have previous local authority or public sector experience, or outstanding knowledge of Commercial Property within private practice. They should be an enthusiastic team player, hard-working, dynamic, and confident in managing their own caseload. We are looking to recruit someone to start as soon as possible.

The role offers hybrid working with one day per week/fortnight in the office.
