A leading healthcare provider is seeking a Junior Project Support Officer in Birmingham to support project management for innovative healthcare solutions. We are looking for a Junior Project Support Officer to join our dynamic team in creating a cross-platform application that will revolutionize how midwives conduct patient assessments in community settings. You'll be working on an exciting project that requires innovative solutions for offline data synchronization and secure healthcare data management.
The post holder will initiate responses to enquiries relating to project work, act as a first point of contact for enquiries, and ensure an appropriate and timely response for enquiries. The role will also include the support of producing project documentation, the organisation of meetings and events, liaison with internal and external colleagues and maintenance of project files including version control. The post holder will also provide admin support to the clinical team.

In this role you will be part of the project team supporting clinical services in making the necessary changes to prepare them for clinical record integration.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Support
Act as first point of contact for system enquiries
Supporting Projects e.g. arranging meetings and workshops and circulating documents. Supporting a variety of services as required in line with the developing and changing project portfolio allocated to the team.
Taking minutes of project meetings.
Support clinical services in understanding the use of their newly software
Collection and distribution of a wide range of information specific to individual services
The post-holder will have access to sensitive data and will be required to safely collate the data using PI guidelines for secure storage of personally identifiable data
Working with clinical teams to validate and correct data in relation to project plans and in accordance with agreed processes.
Communication
Post holders are required to have and utilise
Confident communication skills, both verbal and written.
Communicate information about a project in a developmental stage, where the message is constantly changing.
Planning and Organisation
The post holder is required to
Support delivery on non-negotiable, demanding deadlines
Support and organise senior managers and clinical diaries as appropriate.
Support in the development of the overall project plan and key workstreams.
