Samuel Frank is recruiting for a Junior Project Manager for a Staffordshire based, specialist engineering business.

The successful Junior Project Manager will need to be a British passport holder and be Degree qualified.

Key aspects to the Junior Project Manager position include:

• You’ll be paired up with an experienced Project Manager who will mentor and guide you.
• Technical background or qualification would be beneficial but not essential – ideally Electrical, Mechanical or Control Systems.
• Project Manager will be responsible for allocation of resource, ownership of project milestones, ensuring review and stage gates are completed.
• Coordinate resource allocated to engineering drawing packs, liaising with internal stakeholders and managing the drawing packs through the drawing quality gates, ensuring adherence to internal procedures.
• Successful Junior Project Manager will draft weekly status reports and minutes of project meetings.

You’ll need to be a British passport holder and have lived in the UK for at least the last 5 years, as you’ll be put through basic level security clearance.

• Mondays and Fridays you’ll work from home with the rest of the week being office based.
• The company encourages and will support Engineers taking on Chartered status / MSc qualifications etc.
• 30 days holiday per year as well as the statutory Bank Holidays.
• The company can offer a flexible, friendly working environment as well as the opportunity to work with some very talented engineers.
• Qualified to at least Degree level – essential requirement.
