Are you a recent engineering or physics graduate with a passion for RF systems and embedded tech? Looking to break into product management while staying hands-on with cutting-edge technology?

We’re hiring a Graduate Project Manager to work at the intersection of RF engineering, product development, and technical delivery. You’ll be supporting senior engineers and product leads in designing, testing, and refining next-gen spectrum monitoring systems used by defence and intelligence customers worldwide.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Translate engineering insights into product specs and test plans
  • Run experiments and field tests with real hardware
  • Coordinate across software, hardware, and systems teams
  • Get direct exposure to product lifecycle and stakeholder management
  • Contribute to defining internal tools and workflows

We’re looking for:

  • A STEM degree (physics, electronics, or related)
  • Interest or academic experience in RF systems or embedded devices
  • Great communication skills — you're comfortable talking to engineers
  • A self-starter mindset and willingness to get hands-on
