• PRINCE2 certification
• Proven project delivery experience in a Managed Services environment
• Knowledge of operational practices such as Incident, Change, and Problem Management

Key Responsibilities include:

• End-to-End Project Delivery
• Ensuring projects are delivered on scope, on time, within budget, and meet quality expectations
• Executing managed services projects such as service deployments and migrations
• Transitioning services into production environments, collaborating with operational teams, and ensuring service acceptance criteria are met
• Managing complex projects involving multidisciplinary teams, vendors, and stakeholders
• Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Collaborating with pre-sales and service design teams to understand client requirements
• Building strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams for seamless project execution
• Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle
