Workshop Recruitment in Bognor Regis is seeking a Junior Project Manager to join our growing team. You will coordinate multiple projects, help ensure on-time delivery, and support project teams from planning to delivery.

You are highly organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role offers progression toward a Project Manager position and exposure to international clients.

Qualifications

• Experience at Project Coordinator level or above, with interest in PM.
• Experience supporting or managing short-term projects with quick turnarounds.
• Knowledge of deliverables, timelines, resource planning and budgets.
• PM qualification such as PRINCE2 or AgilePM desirable.
• Strong organisational, time management and multitasking skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication for documentation.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and manage multiple projects against timelines, budgets and quality.
• Work with project teams to ensure deliverables meet requirements and deadlines.
• Identify and manage risks, issues and blockers to keep projects on track.
• Maintain project documentation, track progress and allocate tasks.
• Coordinate testing and quality checks to meet standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support delivery and communication.
• Communicate updates to stakeholders and clients as needed.
• Assist onboarding of new clients and delegate tasks where appropriate.
• Provide general project coordination and administration.
