Job description

Tecna UK is looking for a Junior Project Manager to join their growing Projects team based at their head office in Farnborough, Hampshire. This is a full-time permanent role and a great opportunity for an ambitious and confident self-starter looking to join an expanding company.

Junior Project Managers are responsible for the seamless delivery of exhibition displays to our customers. Taking designs from our Creative and Sales teams, Junior Project Managers will work with our Production, Operations departments and external stakeholders to ensure stands are delivered on-time and on-budget.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Gather all key information required for a successful project delivery and input this information into our Project Management systems.
  • Be the client’s main point of contact through the delivery journey.
  • Process orders through our CRM system.
  • Work seamlessly with the Technical Designers to ensure all CAD and technical drawings are produced on time and to spec.
  • Liaise internally with the Operations and Production departments to ensure stands are fabricated, pre-built, assembled and dismantled effectively and to spec.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders when necessary to ensure third party assets and services are provided on-time and to spec.
  • Protect profit margins and report on this internally
  • When required, process framework and graphic orders.
  • When required, work alongside other members of the Projects team to complete larger projects

The Successful Candidate Will Require The Following

  • Great organisational skills

  • Knowledge of SketchUp is not essential but a bonus
  • Ability to use your own initiative
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
