Red Bull Powertrains has an exciting Junior Project Manager opportunity to join our Planning & Control team as we transition from building our team's first Power Units to refining them into a race‑ready package, all aimed at delivering the most competitive car on the 2026 Formula One grid.

Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain project plans, ensuring tasks and deadlines are up to date and clearly communicated.
  • Work with senior project managers to monitor progress and identify any risks or delays impacting overall program status.
  • Support the coordination of internal meetings, ensuring actions are recorded and followed up.
  • Help maintain our project tracking tools and systems, using industry‑standard software like MS Project.
  • Liaise with engineering teams to gather updates and ensure all departments are aligned with project goals and milestones.
Qualifications
  • A strong interest in motorsport, engineering, or technology projects.
  • Some experience or understanding of project planning tools (e.g. MS Project, Excel, or similar software) is helpful but not essential.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills – you enjoy working with others and keeping things on track.
  • A methodical and detail‑oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and develop.
  • A team player who is proactive and takes pride in their work.
