Location: Swadlincote, Burton-on-Trent

Are you a Project Engineer / Coordinator or similar from a Construction or Architectural background, ready to step into a dynamic Project Engineering position that offers a clear path to Project Management?

As a Project Engineer, you will oversee various Construction projects to ensure smooth delivery. You will collaborate closely with Structural Engineers and Architects to execute Project plans across the UK, Ireland, and North America.

This role is ideal for a Project Coordinator seeking career growth or a CAD / Architectural technician aiming to move into a more diverse, commercially focused management role.

Role Responsibilities:

• Oversee multiple construction projects, ensuring excellent client relationship management and technical execution.
• Manage documentation, inventory, logistics, and cost forecasting.
• Provide technical support and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Candidate Profile:

• Knowledge of CAD drawings (Floor Plans / Construction)
• Strong communication skills, effective collaboration across teams.
• Background or interest in Construction and Architecture.
