Location: Leeds (City Centre Office)
Salary: £26,000 - £35,000 (depending on experience) + full training & development pathway
Hours: Monday to Friday, full-time

Are you early in your construction or engineering career and looking to break into the fast-growing renewable energy sector? We're working with an established and rapidly expanding commercial energy solutions provider based in Leeds, now looking for an ambitious Junior Project Manager to join their dynamic team.
This is an ideal role for someone with a relevant degree and a couple of years of post-grad experience in construction, M&E, or electrical industries. You'll gain hands-on experience supporting the delivery of large-scale commercial solar, battery storage, and EV charging projects, with clear progression into a full Project Manager role. This business has grown significantly in recent years, now turning over £40 million annually, with a thriving commercial division that's doubled in size year-on-year. You'll join a close-knit and fast-paced team that values learning, ownership, and innovation.
Note: Solar or renewable experience is not required - full training will be provided.
