At Severn Trent, we're embarking on an exciting £415m project to replace 870 miles of old water pipes across the Midlands. This is the biggest investment in water infrastructure in the region in a decade, aimed at improving water quality, reducing leaks, and making water supply more reliable for millions of people. The new pipes installed will last up to 100 years.

We are looking for an Assistant Programme Manager to work closely with Project Coordinators, ensuring the smooth running of mains renewal activities, providing coaching, and maintaining compliance such as cost tracking and legal paperwork. You will be part of a team of 8, reporting to the Programme Manager for one of four regions: North, South, East, or West.

What You’ll Bring To The Role
The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple large-scale projects, with strong stakeholder management skills. Experience in utilities or water industry is beneficial. A full UK Driving License is required as travel to different sites across the region will be necessary.
