Requirements
  • 1+ year of experience as a Project Manager in an outsourcing company
  • Solid understanding of PM processes and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Strong sense of responsibility and proactivity
  • Open-minded and receptive to new ideas and approaches
  • Proven track record of being a fast learner, solutions-oriented, and able to meet deadlines
  • Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment with a strong teamwork mentality
  • В2 English (spoken, written, and reading comprehension)
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders
  • Create detailed work plans that identify and sequence the activities required for successful project completion
  • Manage and coordinate project team activities, assign tasks, and ensure adherence to deadlines
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation align with project requirements
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
  • Proactively resolve issues and troubleshoot emerging problems
  • Track project expenses and compare actual costs against the budget, reporting any variances
  • Monitor and evaluate deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and client expectations
  • Communicate project status, progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management
  • Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and budget
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and motivation to project team members
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and potential project upsell initiatives
