-Find and coordinate with international partner schools to receive UK student groups.

-Plan logistics: flights, accommodation, transport, and activities.

-Organise cultural and educational activities with local partners.

-Deliver presentations and attend meetings/events to promote future opportunities.

-Create outreach materials, proposals, and marketing content.

-Attend events, conferences, and school visits across the UK.

-Track project progress, documentation, and reporting requirements.

-Collaborate with internal teams and support other projects.

-Communicate clearly with stakeholders, adapting to changes as needed.

-High attention to detail and time management.

-Comfortable managing multiple projects under pressure.

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Canva familiarity is a plus.

-Organised, proactive, and a strong team player.

-Willing to travel in the UK and abroad; flexible for occasional evenings/weekends.

Desirable

-Academic background in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.

-Working knowledge of a European (e.g. French, Spanish, Italian, or German) is an advantage.

-Experience in public speaking or presentations.

-Genuine interest in international education and social impact.

Benefits

-All UK and international travel expenses fully covered.
