Role: Junior Project Manager

Location: Manchester City Centre – M2 (Hybrid, 2 days onsite)

Salary: £32,000 - £37,000 (DoE)

The Role:

As a Junior Project Manager, you will support the end-to-end delivery of bespoke software solutions, working closely with development teams, business analysts, and external stakeholders. You’ll be involved in project planning, progress tracking, risk management, and stakeholder communication, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in a collaborative and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing multiple software development projects from initiation to completion.
  • Work closely with internal teams and clients to define project requirements and milestones.
  • Track progress, manage risks, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Support Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
  • Maintain clear project documentation and status reports.
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • A passion for technology and digital solutions.

Desirable:

  • Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
  • Relevant project management qualifications (e.g., PRINCE2, Scrum Master).
