Junior Project Manager | Hybrid (Glasgow) | Up to £45k DOE

We’re on the lookout for aJunior Project Managerto join our Change team on a fixed term basis for a period of 12 months. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with early project experience who is ready to build capabilities while gaining exposure to complex change environments. This role provides a development pathway in project management.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll work across the full project lifecycle, from planning and coordination to execution and closure. You'll independently lead delivery of smaller initiatives, taking responsibility for planning, resourcing, issue resolution and stakeholder management.For larger initiatives, you’ll support senior colleagues by helping manage documentation, stakeholder updates and action tracking.

What we’re looking for

• Experience in managing and/or coordinating projects
• Ability to manage time, tasks and competing priorities
• Enthusiastic and self-motivated
• Familiarity with project management tools
• Understanding of project delivery frameworks
• Working towards a project management qualification (desirable)
