We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Project Managerto join our existing experienced team.

The Junior Project Manager will provide administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth execution of our programs. This role involves coordinating with various departments, managing documentation, andassistingwithprogramlogistics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and coordination of program activities.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date program documentation and records.

• Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates and gather necessary information.

• Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and other program materials.

• Coordinate meetings, workshops, and events related to the program.

• Monitor program timelines and ensure deadlines are met.

• Handle inquiries and provide information about the program to internal and external parties.

• Assist with budget tracking and financial reporting.

• Perform other administrative tasks as required to support program operations.

Qualifications:

• Project Management qualification (Prince, APM. Degree).

• Proven experience in a similar Program/Project administrative or support role.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with project management software (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Azure Dev Ops).

• Knowledge of MOD and Gov.

• Familiarity with budgeting and financial reporting
