Overview

Junior Project Manager - We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to join my client's team. This role will support the successful delivery of projects across the business, ensuring effective coordination, stakeholder management, and structured project governance.

Contract Position

6 + months - potential to go permanent.

Responsibilities
  • Support project delivery using Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies
  • Assist in managing project activities via Jira, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting
  • Facilitate and document meetings, ensuring outputs and action points are clearly recorded and followed up
  • Maintain and monitor RAG boards, timelines, and priority lists to support effective project progress
  • Coordinate diaries, appointments, and project-related travel planning for the team
  • Manage and share project materials, including meeting recordings and documentation, in a structured and accessible way
  • Engage with stakeholders across the business to ensure alignment and progress
Essential Skills & Experience
  • Good knowledge of the MS Dynamics Business Central platform and its functional modules
  • Experience with Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies
  • Knowledge of the Jira project platform
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage documents, activity lists, and project boards
  • Confident in timeline and priority management
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
Desirable Skills
  • Familiarity with reporting solutions within Business Central, including MS Word reports
  • Understanding of BC Licensing and M365 user management
  • Knowledge of Azure security groups and BC permission sets
  • Awareness of system integrations and connectivity solutions
