We are hiring for our client, a respected and long-standing specialist in delivering advanced process automation solutions across sectors such as Water, Food Production, Recycling and Quarry. Due to continued growth and a strategic focus on internal optimisation, they are seeking a Junior Project Manager to lead automation projects and drive business process improvements. This opportunity is ideal for someone with a minimum of 2 years' post-graduate experience who is motivated to take on leadership responsibilities, support team development, and enhance internal systems to support scalable delivery. The Role:
As The Junior Project Manager, you will:
* Manage the planning, delivery, and resource allocation of automation projects
* Ensure project milestones and client expectations are consistently achieved
* Act as a key point of contact between technical teams and senior leadership

* Lead, support, and mentor multi-level engineering teams

The Person:

* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

* A commercial mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
* Experience mentoring teams and coordinating cross-functional projects
* Technical skills and an ambition to progress into a leadership or PM role
