Job description

Job Title: Junior Project Manager

Location: Crewe / Hybrid - 1-2 days per week on site required.

Start Date: ASAP (providing completion of compliance checks)
End Date: 31/01/2026 - Likely to extend
Pay Rate: Circa* 275 per day via LTD company (PAYE option also available)

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Junior Project Manager to ensure the delivery of 2 key automotive projects from initiation through to completion with Bentley Motors!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support end-to-end project lifecycle including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Ensure project scope, goals, and deliverables align with business objectives.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and quality standards across all phases.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing corrective actions where needed.
  • Communicate project updates and performance to stakeholders - Supporting with documentation for presentations.
  • Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Ensure adherence to governance, compliance, and regulatory standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Project management experience including strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, PRINCE2, Waterfall).
  • Proficient in project management tools .
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Confident user of Microsoft packages, in particular PowerPoint.

Desirable:

  • Prior automotive experience would be advantageous but not essential.

Interview process:

  • 1 stage via MS Teams (competency based interview)
