The Job Mission
As a Junior Project Manager, you play a key role in performance reporting.
Your future team is central to project control and strategic oversight.
This role supports large-scale UK nuclear projects with cross-functional exposure.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
Strong experience with project reporting and performance analysis
Skilled in tools such as SAP, Primavera (P6), CEMAR, MDT, or MANTIS
Able to create reports aligned to contractual and procedural frameworks
Experience defining or refining PMO processes and methodologies
Familiar with producing performance indicators for complex projects
Ability to consolidate and interpret technical project data
Proven ability to support cross-functional project teams
Excellent attention to detail and process optimisation skills
️ Desired Skills
️ Knowledge of nuclear industry standards and large infrastructure projects
️ Understanding of EPR-E project methodologies
️ Proficiency in Power BI or similar dashboard tools
️ Familiarity with metadata management systems (e.g. SP, CAMELEON)
️ Experience in mentoring or training other PMO professional
