Job Title: Junior Project Engineer (Water Treatment)

Salary and Benefits:

• £38,000 - £40,000 (OTE £60K+)
• Training, Progression, Van, Overnight Allowance, Bonuses, 33 Days Holiday

Location:

Swansea

Company Overview:

Our client, established for over 25 years, specializes in cooling and heating fluid solutions, serving over 8,000 clients. They have recently expanded into a new division offering engineering and maintenance services, focusing on performance optimization.

Role Overview:

This is a field-based role involving site visits for water treatment and chemical dosing. You will work within a small team, assist in upselling and securing contracts, and receive comprehensive training in project management and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare technical reports and tenders related to fluid systems and performance.
2. Communicate with clients to assess needs and provide technical advice, including upselling.
3. Perform remedial work at client sites (up to 4 times per month).
4. Complete a 6-month training period to develop technical, product, and commercial skills.

Candidate Profile:

• Experience as a Water Treatment Engineer or similar role.
• Interested in transitioning into Project Engineering.
