About the Role

Are you a Graduate or Junior CAD Technician seeking a varied design-based role with a tailored progression plan into Project and Design Management within an award-winning Specialist Construction Group?

This is a unique opportunity to enter an exciting hybrid role that combines CAD Design and Project Management. Working within a small, specialist team, you'll receive comprehensive training from day one and develop key skills in client communication, bespoke technical design, and project management, working on some of the UK's most innovative Architectural Projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Produce bespoke CAD drawings for specialist Construction systems
2. Communicate directly with clients and internal stakeholders
3. Help manage project lifecycles from concept through to delivery
4. Occasionally attend client site visits to support project rollout
