Are you a Graduate or Junior CAD Technician looking for a varied design-based role that provides a tailored progression plan into Project and Design Management within an award-winning Specialist Construction Group?

This is a unique opportunity to break into an exciting hybrid role that bridges both CAD Design and Project Management. Based within a small specialist team, you'll receive comprehensive training from day one and develop key skills across client communication, bespoke technical design, and project management - working on some of the UK's most innovative Architectural Projects.

Within this role, you will:

1. Produce bespoke CAD drawings for specialist Construction systems
2. Communicate directly with clients and internal stakeholders
3. Help manage project lifecycles from concept through to delivery
4. Occasionally attend client site visits to support project rollout
