Job Description
- Coordinate project schedules, resources, and information to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain clear communication between various stakeholders, ensuring all parties are aligned.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise promptly.
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
- Assist in the allocation and procurement of resources for ongoing projects.
- Support the team in administrative tasks related to project management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Facilitate meetings and follow up on action points as required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Coordinator should have:
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience in supporting project management or administration roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- An understanding of the transport & distribution sector is desirable.
