Looking to get your next leg up as a Junior Project Co-ordinator / Junior Project Controller?

Our client is seeking several Junior Project Co-ordinators / Junior Project Controllers to join their team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will work on a hybrid basis, with up to three days a week in their central Birmingham office.

Our client is a renowned engineering and construction firm, specialising in delivering critical infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities of your role:
  1. You will be a key member of the Project delivery team, supporting the scheduling & coordination of the project's labour force & materials to sites.
  2. Be responsible for ensuring the right information, documents, licences, people & equipment are on hand, in the right locations & at the right times.
  3. Organising traffic management related activities & scheduling jobs on the work system.
What we are looking for:
  1. The ability to organise & prioritise tasks & activities.
  2. A solid understanding of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  3. An accurate communicator, able to coordinate work activities both verbally & via email with a high attention to detail.
  4. Ability to work to deadlines & problem solve when plans need updating or adapting to changes.
  5. This role encompasses elements of document control, planning/scheduling, project coordination, logistics support - full training will be given.
