Responsibilities

  • Coordinating EPOS, kiosk, and digital signage rollout projects from planning through to completion.
  • Booking engineers' travel, accommodation, and site access.
  • Preparing and maintaining RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements).
  • Managing project trackers, purchase orders, and reports in Excel.
  • Liaising with suppliers, engineers, and clients to ensure projects stay on schedule.
  • Supporting Project Managers with documentation, folder management, and customer updates.
  • Learning the wider process of project planning, scheduling, and budget tracking.

Junior Project Coordinator - Technology Rollouts

Are you an organised, detail-focused individual who enjoys bringing structure to fast-paced projects? This is a great opportunity to join a growing technology business delivering nationwide EPOS, kiosk, and digital hardware rollouts into the retail, hospitality, and quick service restaurant (QSR) sector. You'll be joining a collaborative project delivery team based in Altrincham, supporting the rollout of large-scale technology deployments for leading brands across the UK.

The Role

Working closely with Project Managers, you\'ll help keep multiple hardware deployment projects running smoothly by managing documentation, scheduling engineers, and tracking installations across the country.

  • Coordinating EPOS, kiosk, and digital signage rollout projects from planning through to completion
  • Booking engineers\' travel, accommodation, and site access
