What You’ll Be Doing

As a Junior Project Analyst at Solmar Villas, you’ll work closely with our IT and business teams to help manage delivery across a range of digital and business-led projects.

We’re looking for a true all-rounder; someone who can execute a project plan, contribute to business analysis, aid in quality assurance, and resolve day-to-day issues when required.

This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate across all areas of the business, develop your skills, and make a measurable contribution to the future of Solmar.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support delivery across the IT team’s pipeline of work
• Take part in daily routines and ceremonies to keep delivery on track
• Contribute to scoping and defining business requirements for delivery
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and subject matter experts
• Monitor progress, resolve bottlenecks, and track delivery timelines
• Support testing and validation to align delivery with requirements
• Provide regular progress reports and keep stakeholders informed
• Identify risks and escalate when necessary to avoid delivery impacts
• Willingness to take on additional duties as required

What We’re Looking For

• Willingness to learn by doing and tackle tasks directly
• Meticulous about data, processes, and delivery
• Ability to handle multiple small projects alongside day-to-day operation
• Naturally identifies gaps and drives tasks forward
• Builds strong relationships quickly in a small team environment
• Familiar with project management software (Trello, Asana)
• Entry-level certifications (such as Prince2 Foundation or Agile / Lean) are a plus
