Job description

Junior Professional Services Consultant

We are seeking highly motivated professionals with an understanding of cloud-based and Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions to join our Professional Services department.

Successful candidates will be vibrant individuals with strong interpersonal skills, capable of working with our front and back-office teams as well as global channel partners to maximize value for our customers. Attention to detail is essential for all team members at Asite.

The Junior Consultant will collaborate with the regional Professional Services team on post-sales activities with Asite’s customers. They will also work closely with the App Builder, Development, and Support teams to meet customer needs and ensure high satisfaction levels. Additionally, the Junior Consultant will assist in implementing customer projects on the Asite platform and oversee the initial system rollout within the customer’s organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Manage all post-sales activities through relationship building, product knowledge, planning, and execution.
2. Develop a deep understanding of the product and communicate relevant features/functions to customers based on their business needs.
3. Assist with new customer implementations as required.
4. Establish deployment, change management, and adoption plans with each customer.
5. Enhance customer retention through regular check-ins and quarterly health checks.
6. Integrate Asite's platform into each customer's core architecture.
7. Track and manage enhancement requests and bugs on behalf of customers.
8. Act as the voice of the customer and provide internal feedback for service improvements.
