Job summary

Vibration Production is seeking a Junior Production Manager for The Pelligon in London. You will assist in managing and executing all aspects of event production for conferences, dinners, brand activations and awards ceremonies, working with planners, vendors and staff to meet high standards, timelines and budgets.

Ideally 1–3 years in event production, with strong organisational and communication skills, ability to manage multiple projects, and flexibility to work odd hours including nights and

• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with vendors and contractors.
• Experience with event production software and tools (Vectorworks, CRM software).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all aspects of event production including venue, vendors, equipment rental, logistics and staff coordination.
• Develop timelines, budgets and production plans with event planners.
• Coordinate ordering and delivery of equipment and supplies to site.
• Support on-site production to ensure smooth execution.
• Create RAMS and safety plans for events.
• Coordinate event staff scheduling and onboarding.
• Liaise with vendors and contractors to fulfil contracts.
• Assist with budgeting, tracking expenses and invoicing.
• Troubleshoot issues to keep events on track.
• Maintain professionalism and customer service; nurture client relationships.
