The platform also features real-time reporting and dedicated customer support, enabling clients to make informed decisions and navigate tax compliance with confidence.They're now seeking a driven and detail-oriented Junior Product Owner to join their product team. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of product, engineering, and customer success, helping shape and deliver features that have a real impact on users.As a Junior Product Owner, you’ll take ownership of product initiatives across the development lifecycle – from scoping and support, through to feature delivery and user education.
First-Line Product Support
Act as the first point of contact for product-related queries from internal teams. Triage and resolve support tasks efficiently while serving as a bridge between operations and engineering.
Product Marketing Enablement
Assist with product launches by drafting release notes, building product walkthroughs (e.g., via Userpilot), and equipping the marketing team with accurate, user-focused product content.
User Education
Create clear, concise user documentation including help centre articles, how-to guides, and screen recordings (e.g., Loom videos) to improve user understanding and adoption.
Integration Support
Support the scoping, testing, and validation of API integrations with third-party platforms (e.g., accounting or eCommerce systems). Document technical requirements and assist in troubleshooting during implementation.
Feature Planning & Documentation
Work with stakeholders to define, design, and document new features and improvements, including user flows, wireframes, and acceptance criteria.
Customer Collaboration
Partner with the Customer Success team to gather feedback and insights, translating them into actionable product requirements and ideas for future enhancements.
