Think Specialist Recruitment is partnering with a Global business to recruit a Junior Product Manager in Watford, Hertfordshire. The role supports the Product Manager with lifecycle activities, market analysis, and launches, with a focus on stakeholder coordination and cross-functional teamwork.

The ideal candidate has a marketing or product-focused background, strong analytical skills and excellent Excel/PowerPoint abilities.

Qualifications

Degree educated with strong communication and analytical skills.
Experience in marketing, category, analytical or product-focused roles.
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential.

Responsibilities

Assist Product Manager with delivering category plans and lifecycle activities.
Analyse market, competitor and consumer trends to support decisions.
Coordinate product launches and updates, and support portfolio reviews.
Monitor product performance, pricing and profitability, and report findings.
Support product positioning, marketing activity and sales presentations.
Prepare product information, presentations and business cases for internal teams.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and other stakeholders.
Assist forecasting and commercial planning to optimise the portfolio.
