Position Overview

Working within the SEGA WEST PUBLISHING Central Marketing team [EMEA], the role of Junior Product Manager is essential within the team, supporting Senior Product Managers in planning, executing, and reporting on SEGA’s Marketing Campaigns.

The role aims to support the Product Marketing team in maximizing opportunities for SEGA’s franchises and delivering top-tier marketing campaigns. It involves collaboration with internal departments such as PR, Creative Services, Paid Media, CRM, Digital & Physical Sales Teams, and external partners like Distribution & First Parties.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Support Senior Product Managers in planning and executing marketing campaigns across owned, earned, and paid channels for product launches and post-launch lifecycle activities.
  2. Build relationships with studio brand teams to provide marketing support and meet campaign requirements.
  3. Collaborate with Physical and Digital sales teams to address partner needs during the product lifecycle.
  4. Maintain productive relationships with all SEGA teams for aligned marketing strategy execution.
  5. Assist with marketing priorities such as events, community engagement, internal presentations, and administrative tasks.
  6. Manage allocated product marketing budgets in collaboration with Senior Product Managers, ensuring financial targets are met and reports are accurate.
  7. Own specific product campaigns as required.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  1. Some marketing experience with understanding of effective campaign strategies; games industry experience is a plus but not mandatory.
  2. Interest in video games, marketing, media, and creative advertising.
  3. Ability to build strong relationships with diverse teams.
  4. Adaptability and eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-evolving industry.
  5. Experience in presenting to various groups at different seniority levels.
