Footasylum is seeking a Junior Product Developer to join the Trapstar Team, supporting the end-to-end development of seasonal collections across North Manchester and London offices. You will work closely with Product Developers, Designers and Product Managers to deliver on departmental and business objectives.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, organized and commercially aware, with strong attention to detail and a collaborative approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' Product development experience in a fast-moving brand/retail environment.
• Experience of working with Suppliers both UK and Global.
• Passion for Streetwear and Lifestyle products.
• Collaborative team player, with ability to react quickly to changing demands and priorities.

Responsabilités

• Support end-to-end development process of your brands, ensuring best in class multi-category product is achieved according to the required critical path timelines.
• Attend fittings/sealing meetings across Head Office and London office.
• Assist in meeting deadlines, review submissions from factories including lab dips, bulk fabric and print submissions within set timeframes.
• Help ensure manufacture of own-brand products meets high standards; join fit meetings and provide clear feedback on samples, fabrics, lab dips, approvals, safety standards and QC.
• Understand technical issues and send clear, concise comments to suppliers; process samples promptly.
